At BlacksJewels & Gifts, we ship via Canada Post, Monday to Friday, (excluding holidays), to anywhere in Canada and the United States. We aim to process and ship your orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them, however if there is a delay you will be notified via email.

Tracking Your Order
For information on tracking your order, please refer back to the shipping confirmation email that was sent to you once your order was shipped. Cancelling Orders
Cancelling an order is only possible before the item has been shipped, once your order has shipped cancellations are no longer possible. If you need to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible at shop@blacksjewels.com
