Refund policy
At BlacksJewels & Gifts, we currently do not offer refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, there is an error with your order, or the item purchased is defective, we will gladly offer you an exchange for another item on our website, up to the value of the cost of your original purchase, within 7 days of your receipt of the item(s). If your item is refunded their will be a charge of 5% to the customer for a re-stocking fee. The customer can also have the option of getting a credit on there file instead of a refund and being charged the 5% re-stocking fee.
Please note: that any and all charges and fees involved with return shipping will be your sole responsibility. If the item breaks, or gets damaged we can offer a refund but are not responsible for refunding the shipping.
