Cutting a sausage requires a good knife! That's why we designed the Laguiole salami knife. But what more does it offer than a simple everyday knife?

For beautiful, fine and harmonious slices, it is better to invest in a reliable salami knife. If you choose an unsuitable knife, the material may stick to the blade and you will never get a clean cut.

Our salami knife's little extra comes from the holes forming the word "sausage" on its blade, designed to avoid this famous adhesion! Moreover, its micro serrations are designed to cut sausage without difficulty.

Surprise your guests with a durable and colourful French knife. This aesthetic table accessory is available in 19 colours and is also available in a "Paris salami knife" and "Auvergne salami knife" version.

Our products are all made in France, in Thiers, in our workshops Claude Dozorme, Master Cutlery Craftsman.

Technical characteristics 

This customized salami knife is equipped with a stainless steel rivet and a half-silk blade with heat treatment.

The stainless steel X46Cr13 is a very high quality steel. The rockwell hardness is between 54 and 56 HCR, its micro toothing is done manually.

Our salami knife has a acrylic handle which is available in 19 different colours to suit everyone. There is also a version in exotic wood or olive wood, to meet your desire for authenticity.

The Laguiole knife can be washed in the dishwasher, it is a real time saver during washing and it allows you a daily use.

Our knives are all made in France. Each step, from the conception of the knife to its assembly, is carried out in our workshop.
